I’ve been a counsellor for over 10 years, working in community organizations and private practice to support both individuals and couples.
My focus on grief and loss began years ago while facilitating groups for separated parents. I came to recognize that losses like the family unit, identity, and mutual friendships are often overlooked by the wider community.
I have also worked with Red Nose, a child bereavement service, supporting those facing pregnancy loss and the unimaginable grief of losing a child.
Bereavement and loss can feel overwhelming, lonely, and deeply distressing. Let me walk alongside you as you find a way through this experience.
